The client was based in Kunming, seeking expansion of hotel businesses to other famous tourist destinations in Yunnan and southwest China. We investigated the hostel industry in Yunnan and provided effective strategies for its future expansion and competition.
By adopting our suggestions, the hotel group was able to successfully preserve its advantages and enter the growing market of boutique hotels and cultural resorts. Now, the group has developed several hotel brands which are well recognized by the market.
